Beach Haven Taxpayers Hold Candidates Forum Sept. 22

The Beach front Haven Taxpayers Affiliation retains a “meet the candidates” discussion board on Tuesday, Sept. 22, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Surflight Theatre tent in Veterans Memorial Park.
Mayor Nancy Taggart Davis is vying with Genevieve Cunningham, Robert Scott Cunningham (no relation), Colleen Lambert, Kristina Rutherford and Laura Polascak for three seats on the five-member council. Incumbents Charles E. Maschal Jr. and Thomas Lynch declined re-election.
John Hailperin, affiliation president, stated each and every applicant will have an prospect to solution a collection of thoughts pertaining to regional difficulties.
“The first concern will give candidates a chance to give details about them selves and an  overview of their qualifications,” reported Hailperin.
