The Rotary Club of Barnegat holds its 2nd yearly cornhole event on Saturday, Sept. 19, starting at 3 p.m. at 11 Birdsall St., throughout the avenue from the volunteer fireplace section.
The price is $40 for each group.
“The teams are established up like in horseshoes,” explained Bill Ridgway, club director and founding president. “The top teams will receive money prizes.”
Ridgway claimed proceeds advantage the Xmas Elf method, the place the club, in coordination with the substantial university Interact Club, buys presents for needy family members for the holiday seasons.
