To the Editor:
The Seaside Haven Group Arts System wishes to prolong a honest thank-you to anyone who supported the Wednesday evening summer time “Concerts on the Green” sequence held in Veterans Park in Beach Haven.
With the steerage and help from so many, we were capable to reach our purpose of sponsoring quality bands to entertain our concertgoers. Thanks to all who donned their masks and maintained social distancing for everyone’s basic safety. We applaud the bands and the public for following the protocol. The generous donations we obtained at every single live performance were being a great deal appreciated and affirmed our commitment to carry on in the course of this unprecedented time.
We prolong our gratitude to Mary Clare Bunce, deputy borough clerk James Markowski, police main and the Seaside Haven Police Section for putting the live performance routine on the digital indicator for the public to see. Mary Clare was also accountable for putting the live performance schedule on the borough web page.
Many thanks to Chris Carson and the public works crew who installed the short-term fencing all over the park, designed entrances and exits, and maintained the services of our wonderful Veterans Park.
We were being not on your own in our wish to preserve our summer traditions alive. Many thanks to Surflight Theatre and the LBI Museum, we coordinated a system that labored to assure the safety and satisfaction for all who shared Veterans Park this summertime.
We are grateful to our concert sponsors and concert software sponsors for their assist inspite of this troublesome and problematic 12 months. The burdens and hardships COVID-19 imposed on the corporations and dining establishments are appreciable, and we commend them for their stamina and perseverance.
Live performance sponsors involve Lavish Salon, Very little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, The SandPaper, Engleside Inn and Cafe, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Murphy’s New Marketplaces, and Extended Beach Island Fraternal Purchase of Police Lodge #5.
Concert system sponsors involve Lavish Salon, Joan Hart, Buccaneer Motel, Coral Seas Motel, Mordecai Boat Basin, Song of the Sea, The WooHoo, Rommel’s Liquor Shop, Engleside Inn and Cafe, borough of Seashore Haven, Morrison’s Marina, New Jersey Maritime Museum, Surflight Theatre, Exhibit Area Ice Product Parlour, Panzone’s Pizza, Pearl Avenue Industry and Barry’s Do Me A Taste.
Ultimately, we admit CAP customers and mates who greeted the concertgoers and provided hand sanitizer and masks when required. Individuals who ended up capable to support have been Rob Meyer, Carol Kirby, Al Czwerzinski, Cliff and Jill Denker, Mom Caroline Carson, Ron Marr, and Monthly bill and Ellen Kehr. Also, many thanks to our users and pals who ended up not able to be at the live shows but supported us from dwelling.
