Green Thumb Daycare Is a Winner

Green Thumb Daycare was the winner of the Barnegat Township Recreation Department’s 1st-ever scarecrow decorating contest. The facility is situated at 361 North Principal St. (Route 9), not far too considerably from the 2nd-position winner, the Wawa at 550 North Primary St.

“This was a terrific concept,” Cavalier claimed. “We needed to have some entertaining throughout these hard periods.”
The two winners will be identified at the next township committee meeting, on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 6:30 p.m.  —E.E.
