Harvey Cedars ‘Kids Night’ Planned Aug. 3

On Tuesday, Aug. 3, the Harvey Cedars Functions Committee sponsors a “Kids Night in the Park” at Sunset Park from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is $5 per baby.
Pursuits include horse carriage rides, a petting zoo, and games for all ages. In addition, fireplace truck and first help and police vehicles will be on hand.
“It’s a enjoyment evening for the full loved ones,” claimed Police Main Robert Burnaford.
Proceeds reward the Harvey Cedars Law enforcement Foundation and the Maritime Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine. The mission of the basis is to work in partnership with Harvey Cedars citizens, companies and other businesses to fortify the bond in between the police division and the neighborhood it serves. Its intention is to present funding for youth and local community outreach courses, charities, instruction and instruction, and funding for specialized machines to assistance the police department superior provide the neighborhood.
“The stranding heart does a ton of terrific work, and we have numerous volunteers in the spot who assist them,” claimed Burnaford. “Earlier this 12 months, they have been ready to safely and securely rescue a seal who experienced wandered off the seaside into someone’s driveway.”
