The regional and bigger surf neighborhood mourns the loss of 31-yr-previous Patrick Harrington of Ship Base, who shed his fight with Hodgkin’s lymphoma on Tuesday, Dec. 22 at Southern Ocean Health care Heart in Manahawkin. With the overwhelming support of his relatives and pals, Harrington’s braveness and resilience did not wane during the overall 18-month wrestle.
Assist for Harrington involved neighborhood fundraising initiatives to help with professional medical expenses and a travel-by parade of lifeguards, 1st responders and other people, comprehensive with new music, in his Ship Base neighborhood in April.
Born April 27, 1989, Harrington was identified for his mild character and his willingness to forge friendships with any and absolutely everyone he fulfilled. He was a 2007 graduate of Southern Regional Large School who also earned his associate’s degree from Ocean County Faculty.
