Long Beach Township Police Make Arrests for Unlawful Possession of Firearm, High-Capacity Magazine

A motor car halt earlier this month led Extended Beach front Township police to arrest Ashon Miller and Terrence Murray-Loach for illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of a massive capacity journal.
Officers pulled over a purple sedan on Long Seashore Boulevard at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 1, and, soon after even further investigation, positioned a loaded handgun, with a massive-potential magazine, inside the car or truck, in the area of the driver and front passenger. “The subsequent police investigation set up possible trigger to arrest Miller and Murray-Loach, the office stated.
“Miller,” the police department included, “was also discovered to be in possession of a prescription legend drug without a valid prescription, and drug paraphernalia.”
Both of those persons had been processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
