Helpful Monday, March 7, personnel and guests at the Seashore Haven municipal developing will no more time be expected to wear masks.
The borough reinstituted the requirement two months ago when Ocean County skilled a spike in COVID-19 conditions, notably with the Omicron variant. However, Borough Manager Sherry Mason stated cases have drastically reduced due to the fact then.
“March 7 is also the day when the governor claimed that school districts could go masks optional, so we’re in line with that,” she said.
In addition, borough council meetings will now return to in-particular person participation, though Zoom choices will continue to be available. The next conferences are Monday, March 14 at 6 p.m. and Thursday, March 24 at 4 p.m.
To sign up on Zoom, check out beachhaven-nj.gov. Pick “government” on the tool bar, then click on “council meeting timetable.”  —E.E.
