To the Editor:
In maintaining with the idea of checking new developments in Barnegat:
First, in regards to The Lofts at Barnegat, the task on Route 9 in close proximity to Domino’s, on Jan. 15, the developers had been issued a letter noting that thanks to over-clearing of the assets, they are required to start replanting in the spring planting period of 2021.
Next, for Compass Stage, the project alongside Route 554 (West Bay Avenue), all activities are carefully monitored by our township engineering firm and the accredited strategies present a need for a planted landscape berm to be built alongside Route 554, topped with new trees.
Compass Place was the end result of a court overall look with a alternative of improvement of both loved ones residences similar to individuals across the street from the Waretown ShopRite or an upscale Perry’s Lake grownup-sort community that will be self-sustaining. The builder will supply the mandated very affordable housing on Route 9 (old Sweet Jenny’s web site) that would have expense the township close to $15 million for compliance.
We welcome all new businesses to city, but be sure to fully grasp the township committee does not get to choose or approve any distinct forms of business coming into town.
