To the Editor:
A letter author suggests a problem stays as to no matter if we should have dropped the atomic bomb on Japan in 1945! There continues to be no problem.
Japanese warriors were committing unspeakable atrocities, kidnapping younger ladies to “sexually service” the navy, filleting the flesh of U.S. prisoners and vowing to combat to loss of life defending the homeland. The effective finish to the war because of to the bombings saved effectively above the 400,000 American life now shed in Globe War II, maybe twice as quite a few.
To glance back with doubt is a disservice to every single U.S. military gentleman who returned properly and the brave air crews that achieved their mission.
