Karl Siil, chief engineer of Cyber Warfare Techniques Team at Johns Hopkins University’s Used Physics Laboratory, will current a WebEx converse titled “Security Orchestration, Automation and Response” from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, as component of Ocean County College’s Cybersecurity Seminar Series. There is no price or pre-registration expected to show up at the chat.
“Siil has substantial encounter in network protection, vulnerability and hazard evaluation general public-key infrastructures and protected software package development,” OCC described. “He started off his protection vocation at Bell Labs, establishing Nationwide Security Agency-rated reliable UNIX systems. During his 10 a long time there, Siil also worked on secure networks for U.S. and worldwide telephone carriers.”
Following Bell Labs, Siil served located, and was a chief architect at, Lumeta Corp., “a Lucent spinout to map organization networks that integrated a patented ‘leak detection’ technologies to explore perimeter vulnerabilities,” the faculty ongoing.
