To the Editor:
If you have not been to Compassion Café, you are lacking out. The food and coffee are delectable and the smiles are bountiful. Compassion Café is a nonprofit breakfast café that gives paid out work for grownups with special wants. They give fantastic assistance even though learning new techniques towards future employment.
I am privileged to be in a position to volunteer and interact with these incredible men and women. Family members and mates have also enjoyed their scrumptious bakery objects and coffee. They are open Monday by means of Thursday from 7 to 11 a.m.
A unique shout-out to Sue and Erin Sharkey for figuring out the want for this employment possibility and jogging with it. It ought to have taken many hrs to set it together. Kudos to Barry and Nicole of Barry’s Do Me a Flavor who have donated the area. A lot of other men and women function at the rear of the scenes to make this a good results. There is a particular place in heaven for all of them.
So, if you want a tasty breakfast that leaves you smiling, Compassion Café is the position to go. Hint: the crumb cake and carrot cake are great!
