Santa Will Light Barnegat Light’s Tree

“Let the Christmas Year Start!” invites a calendar listing on the bulletin board of Barnegat Light borough – the annual tree lighting the night time right after Thanksgiving will kick it off.
On Friday, Nov. 27, at 6:30 p.m., “come out and sign up for us,” it suggests, for “Santa’s Arrival” and the lights of the borough’s formal Xmas tree.
As generally, the town tradition commences with Santa arriving by Coastline Guard boat at the West 10th Road boat ramp, a sight that sets the nautical neighborhood apart. The jolly  pink-suited elf will then hop aboard a waiting around hearth truck to mild the tree outside the house the write-up office environment at 10 West 10th Road.
One component that is lacking this year in the course of the pandemic is that the organizers are not setting up the regular get-together with Santa afterward at the initial help squad creating, borough officials explained. But he will however be coming to Barnegat Light.  —M.S.
