Tuckerton Seaport Open for Presidents Day

Rejoice Presidents Day by having a guided tour alongside the Tuckerton Seaport’s boardwalk on Monday, Feb. 15 and discover about the presidents who vacationed at the Jersey Shore. In fact, one particular president experienced a summer months “White House” to take advantage of ocean breezes.
Appear and appreciate the outdoors, the wildlife of Tuckerton Creek, even though mastering fascinating bits of record. Understand also how near George Washington came to browsing Tuckerton, named for Ebenezer Tucker, who fought under Washington in the Revolutionary War.
The Union Current market will also be open for breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
Tours are held at 10 and 11 a.m, then 1, 2 and 3 p.m. and are limited to 10 men and women for every tour. Masks and social distancing are mandatory. Admission is $5. To sign-up, go to tuckertonseaport.org/reserve-your-seat.
