Unique Offerings Available at Shanti Revolution Yoga Studio

Yoga practitioners, meditators, tarot fans and everyone with religious leanings are welcome to examine the many offerings at Shanti Revolution Yoga Shala, situated at 249 Excellent Bay Blvd., Device 3, in Little Egg Harbor. The studio’s mission is to enable others reside a daily life of peace, wellness and wellness. For people curious about tarot, Colleen McNally provides “Exploring the Shadows,” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. The presentation will check out Death, The Satan and Tower as they appear in the tarot deck. While they are explained as the most feared playing cards in the Tarot, McNally writes “each a single of these cards provides us deep medicine to educate us how to transfer through transition, our shadow selves, and release.” The workshop will check out the archetypes of the Death, Devil and Tower playing cards by meditation, and will conclude with an open discussion.
Attendees are encouraged to provide a journal and pen, a meditation pillow or comfortable chair and meditation tunes. The price tag is $25 per individual.
In addition to being a tarot reader and educator, McNally is a Reiki II practitioner and the thoughts at the rear of the paranormal-centered local community that phone calls alone the Witches Brew.
