DART Avoidance Coalition will host a digital city hall discussion board on underage consuming on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The program is coordinated by RWJ Barnabas Establishment for Avoidance and Recovery, with which DART is affiliated.
