Beginning Tuesday, March 9 at 10:30 a.m., the Ocean County Library will present a 4-section virtual program, “Mah Jongg for Rookies.”
The presentation is geared for people new to the fun, competitive match. Instructor Christine Blackford will reveal the tiles, their operate to the Charleston and Nationwide Mah Jongg League policies, the terminology and the annually card.
